Lachit Borphukan Museum, Jorhat, Assam – Handled end-to-end procurement and purchase management for the Lachit Borphukan Museum, Assam, covering custom wooden works, interior fit-outs, exhibit fabrication (wood, metal, FRP), finishes, fixtures, and site consumables; finalized vendors, negotiated rates, issued POs, tracked deliveries, coordinated with site teams, and ensured material compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Structure work of GAIL (Gas India Limited): Managed procurement for structural works at the GAIL Office, Noida, including sourcing and purchasing of MS structural steel, fabrication components, fasteners, anchoring systems, and allied construction materials; handled vendor finalization, rate negotiations, PO issuance, delivery coordination, and material compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.

• Finalizing contractors and vendors for the 6-lane highway project at Rudraram, Hyderabad, and the structure (MNB, MJB, and VUP) at Kodad, Andhra Pradesh, depending upon work requirements.
• Create estimates, and float RFPs/RFQs, and POs/WOs.
• Finding resources near the site to reduce the project delivery timeline, as well as the transportation cost of the material.
• Providing skilled vendors and approved materials for the essential parts of the structure, power stations, and major projects.
• Generating MIS reports, i.e., PR to PO processing, and reports.
• Creating a cost comparison sheet and supplier data for every contract and purchase.
• Conducting regular site visits and team compliance tests to reduce bad practices at the ground level.
