HQ BMS Management: Spearheading the strategic planning of quarterly and yearly meetings across all segments, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Proactively communicating meeting preparations to relevant stakeholders and orchestrating seamless execution of meetings. Collaborating with AP teams to finalize the India BMS calendar, thereby facilitating smooth business operations.
HQ BMS Meeting Analysis: Implementing meticulous tracking of business meetings on a monthly basis through Excel spreadsheets, providing valuable insights to leadership.
Calendar Management : Proficiently managing complex calendars by discerning executives' priorities and expectations, optimizing scheduling efficiency.
Travel Management: Adhering to travel policies and processes, proficiently arranging local and international travel accommodations. Facilitating visa processing and hotel reservations to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Expense management: Adhering to expense processes, maintaining accurate records of official and personal expenses, and conducting monthly reconciliation of accounts.
Event Management: Meticulously organizing team dinners, lunches, and events for segment teams, guests, clients, and foreign delegates. Overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for participants.
Emails etiquette: Demonstrating exceptional email correspondence skills, promptly responding to inquiries and distributing memos with minimal turnaround time.
Facility & Admin Head: Effectively managing facility and administration tasks, delivering support services to employees across multiple locations. Coordinating with facility AMC vendors and maintaining comprehensive service records.

HR Team - employee engagement activity, CSR activities, corporate gifting, awards & recognition.
Finance Team - being the first level of online approvals of suppliers and clients payment, review and correct the draft of clients proposal documents by incorporating the last min changes or the clauses, vendor’s contract renewal and preparing MIS report.
Ad-hoc's : managing asset allocation, coordinating relocation and scouting trips, and overseeing compensatory time-off management in collaboration with HR.
