Handling month end process end to end like Booking Invoice for AP payments as well as for AR receipts.
Journal entry posting for accruals, payments relating to purchases and receipts relating to sales.
Requesting for funds from the CFO for the payroll release as per the forcast and for other statutory payments like Advance tax, GST,TDS, Professional tax and Income tax.
Preparing 26AS report and intimating the clients for non filing of TDS amounts and if there is any variation between our books and their filing, will intimate the same to them. Discussion for the revised filing needs to be executed.
Invoice data tracking file, in order to avoid any miss in Invoice booking, later attaching the digital sign for the Invoice.
P&L review and marking comments if any major variation occurs while comparing with the previous month. Cost Element check, reallocation of Cost Element to correct Cost Element in case if there was any deviation.
Preparation of FAR and Depreciation report on monthly basis.
