As CEO role was largely to bring in new clients, build relationships with them, manage finances, and lastly overall administration of company. Established company from ground up to strength was 22 member strong and did architectural design work for over 10 million square feet. Company wound up during COVID 19.Increased annual revenue year on year

Role involved managing design studio with internal architects while outsourcing work to external consultants. This was moved to design in house completely. From this role I spear headed HR and marketing for short period. I finally closed role in Gera development as Director Projects heading construction for 3 years.

I worked for 12 years as a freelancer in Pune and completed over 75 projects. I worked in Delhi, Mumbai , Srirampur, Mahabaleshwar, Pune.

I was responsible for bringing in new clients, preferably HNI's and large corporate firms as sales executive. Crossed monthly targets every month.
