UCC

• FICS Onboarding: Adding the borrower information and collateral details with the provided documents in the FICS application.
• FICS Postings: After the payment of monthly interest and the last due payment, posting those details and making adjustments to the payment in borrowers’ accounts.
• Re-conveyance: After the loan closes, releasing collateral documents at the request of the borrower, which comes through an email request or through the Paid Loan Report.
• UCC Termination: After the completion of loan due payments and collateral release to the borrower, the UCC will be terminated.

Loan Documentation Specialist.

• Preparing and customizing the documents with respect to the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Reviewing the promissory note for the renewal loans and customizing various languages in the promissory note
• UCC stands for Uniform Commercial Code, validating the pledged collateral for loans, and creating continuation and amendments on UCC filings to secure the bank’s lien position.
• Posting the UCC fee payments and wire payments to the respective customer accounts.
• Verifying the Business Security Agreement to match the collateral with the UCC filing proceeds for the completion of the loan.

• Helping customers with related queries about the product information, shipping details, and ordered items.
• Initiate the return or refund of the damaged goods to the customer.
