(i) Project Name: Multi-Purpose Platform Supply Vessel

The ship is a Platform Supply Vessel of overall length 73.4m, maximum draft of 6.5m, and Dead weight of 2900 tonnes which is designed by Vik sandvik according to the classification society of Det Norske Veritas and National authorities.

(ii) Project Name : UT 755 L Platform Supply Vessels)

The ship UT755L is a Platform Supply Vessel of overall length 71.90m, maximum draft of 5.80m, and Dead weight of 3250 tonnes which is designed by Rolls Royce Marine according to the classification society of DNV and National authorities.

Responsibilities: Preparation & implementation of detailed Inspection plan (Quality assurance plan, NDT plan).

Preparation of Quality standard for Hull, piping and Bulk head, deck penetration for production weld quality control and inspection (codes: DNV, NS, IACS, ASME V, ASME B31.1, B31.3, and B31.95 16.25).

Review of welder qualification, WPS, PQR.

Follow up of block, tank fabrication, and inspection from fit up stage, dry survey

Planning and Execution of piping and Bulk head penetration work through engineers and supervisors towards the planned schedule.

Liaise with MMD ,DNV, customer/third party inspectors to ensure that all inspections are correctly identified and signed off as required.

Maintain inspection records, quality related updated documents codes, standards, specification etc. as required by the quality system.

Managing all documentation works / test reports / certificates / records and keep all in a good filling system.

• Submarine Over Seeing Team responsibilities

Survey such as Main Blast Tank (MBT), Air Inlet Ventilation (AIV) , block alignment fit up etc.,

Ejector Tube Coming (Torpedo Tube)

Review and clearance of technical queries after discussing with core group Russia.

New procedure qualifications such as expansion joints , compression joints in pipes and fittings, Bend of pipes ( cold bending 1.5 D)

Hot work completion survey and clearance both inside the block and in blast tanks

Pipe supports and routing inspection before and after installation.

Preparation & implementation of Inspection plan (Quality assurance plan).

Stage Inspecting of pipes (Cu, Ti, Cu-Ni, and SS) through out fabrication i.e.

-Receipt inspection of pipes, Bending, Edge preparation, set-up, weld visual, DPT, RT, Hydro pressure testing, Helium leak test (pressure and vaccum method), Air tightness testing (ATT),

Stage inspection of equipment installation (RI, Pre installation checks, Pre installation inspection, Final installation inspection).

Perform detailed interpretation of the NDT results on customer components manufactured/processed to owner's specifications.

Review of welder qualification, WPS, PQR.

Maintain inspection records, quality related updated documents codes, standards, specification etc. as required by the quality system (using SAP).

Assisting the team through the process, which includes, Rolling, Fittings, Purging, PT-Installation, Angle orientation, etc.,

Providing/checking required data’s and calculations on the field.

Creating safety awareness among the technical team by organizing safety orientation programs
