• Implemented process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA) on the line to improve the quality.
• Analyzing customer feedback to determine if changes are necessary in order to improve product quality or customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and regulations were followed in accordance with company standards.
• Trained new employees on proper use of equipment, safety procedures, and job functions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss progress and address any issues or concerns.

• Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement & meeting daily production targets.
• Analyze work flow and planned and scheduled customer order based on the material availability and constraints.
• Making MRN of materials.
• Plan, organize, direct & control the daily operations.
• Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize production efficiency.
• Responsible for Conveyor line and executing production related tasks in planning, control and troubleshooting.
• Ensure production as per daily target.
• Floating daily MIS of plan vs actual with capturing all loses of different departments.
• Ensure daily rejection - red bin meeting.
• Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & continuous improvements related to cost, quality, moral, safety & related process.
• To optimize the productivity by various methods: by continual improvements, optimum utilization of resources 4M
• Responsible for line balancing.
