Full & Final Settlement:

· Responsible to get clearance of no due certificate from all departments for exit employees.

· Verifying attendance, Leaves, Joining Bonus, Relocation & notice period adjustment for resigned employees.

· Issuing Relieving letter, FFS sheets and FFS cheques to resigned employees

Performance Management:

· Managing the complete joining formalities for new joiners and to ensure proper filling of all joining Documents.

· Issuance of appointment letters, probation extension letters, Confirmation letters and transfer letters at appropriate time

Statutory Compliance:

· Reconciliation of PF, PT and ESI report.
