IDIAGS (Support Assist and ESupport) – Feb 2022 to July 2022, and from December 2023 to the present.

Client: Dell Technologies.

The iDiags team detects hardware issues of the system using SupportAssist, a desktop app that tests multiple components, like Audio, Camera, CPU, Memory, Video, Keyboard, Fan, Bluetooth, and many more devices of the system.

ESupport, a similar online web app, is also tested for functionality.

BIOS Factory Tools - July 2022 to Dec 2023:

Client: Dell Technologies.

The BIOS Factory Tools project developed over 20 tools to gather details from Intel and ARM platforms at the BIOS level. These 20 tools are tested from the initial platform manufacturing stage to final development, using Command Prompt to set and retrieve details from BIOS to OS levels.
