• Google with Reserve :(June 2017 to May 2018 )- end product is revolutionary way to elevate business by enabling Google users to discover and book available appointments in just few clicks directly through Google search or Google maps
• Provide reactive partner support to resolve scenarios and case study as per relevant data
• Supporting and prioritizing ad hoc requests on timeline constraints
• Resolving user, merchant and support queries with relevant understanding and intelligence

Interact with customers: Users can read and respond to reviews from customers, and post photos that show off what they do.

The purpose of this project is to provide Google’s support by performing fixes on behalf of the users, in situations where urgency or priority deem so appropriate.
