Strategy Planning

Heading finance functions, determining financial objectives, designing, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate internal process controls. Designing business plans and strategies for maximizing the profitability, revenue generation and realizing corporate goals. Identifying and articulating improvement initiatives aligned with group and departmental goals and actively participating in process improvement projects.

Finance And Accounts

Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank and party reconciliation, consolidated reports in compliance with time and accuracy norms. Preparation of financial statements including trial balance, profit and loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables, receivables statements and balance sheets. Consolidating monthly financial results for reporting, financial data for budgets and forecasts, including development and maintenance of financial models. Ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel and monitoring statutory compliance. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities of the organization. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity of staff and participants. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved, and all compliance issues are met. Monitor banking activities of the organization. Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis. Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets. In-charge of all legal matters and contracts. Any other jobs as assigned by the top management. GST compliances on a periodical basis.

Accounts Receivable Payable

Handling reconciliation of accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger control account. Maintaining all advance deposits and balancing them to the general ledger at month end. Guiding the reconciliation of monthly collections between Billing System and Accounting System, handling aging and bad debts provisioning.

Budgeting Mis

Formulating annual budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions. Overseeing the preparation of MIS including daily cash report, cash flow actuals (monthly and weekly), monthly and purchase and sales report. Monitoring inflow / outflow of funds, taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.

Auditing Taxation

Attending to internal audit, evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings, and implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors. Computing and arranging timely deposit of taxes, filing returns (VAT, TDS, and Service Tax) for timely completion of assessment, and ensuring statutory compliance. Filing monthly EPF return, processing PF claim, assuring the timely issuance of Form H, Form C, Form 16, and Form 16A to the relevant parties. Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved, and all compliance issues are met.

Commercial Operations

Handling the processing of payroll and timely disbursement. Supervising the inward remittance of foreign currency and finalizing the exchange rate. Formulating the transfer pricing report, filing monthly ER 2 returns to Customs Department. Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual report to APEDA and CSEZ respectively. Overseeing the maintenance RG16 register, B 17 Bond register and other customs registers. Managing the logistics functions like timely booking of container, arranging necessary documents, finalizing the freight rate, and clearing charges.
