Having more than twenty years’ experience of managing and implementing multi-sectoral public health, Emergency, livelihood program in partnership with the Government, development agencies, community- based organizations & private sector. Focus has been on strengthening in-country health, nutrition, health system strengthening, Alternative livelihood programs, policy developing/implementing sustainable strategies, and promoting innovations for better quality systems. Over the years, worked closely with Government, Civil society organizations, and multiple international donors including DFID, USAID, World Bank, BMGF,etc. Hands-on experience of working with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Manipur, Government of Bihar etc.
My several years of experience in leadership positions in development and humanitarian work provide me with the impetus to provide strategic leadership and direction to pursue the outcomes identified in the CARE India's strategy action plan to deliver high-quality, cost-effective programming results.
