To support after-sales service activities for under warranty, post-warranty, proactive services, and technical assistance to marketing sectors and customers.

• Successfully maintained and augmented area-specific pump population records in the system.
• Implemented the appointment of additional channel partners.
• Managed yearly operational strategy to maintain profit within chargeable services.
• Maintained compliance with management reports in MIS and updated the portal regularly.
• Generated enquiries for spare parts, retrofitment and pump replacements.
• Managed claims settlements for service dealers.

• Travelling to client location for equipment inspection.
• Hands on experience on troubleshooting, Erection, commissioning & overhauling of KIRLOSKAR make centrifugal pumps, vertical turbine pumps & valves.
• Familiar with the behavior, sound, temperature & vibration of rotating equipment’s such as DG sets, air compressors & pumps.
• Familiar with shaft alignment by using dial indicator method.
• Do energy audit of pumps as per customer requirement.
• Involved in inspection of equipment, do routine maintenance & change, or replace the faulty part.
• Ensure our customers a trouble-free operation of the equipment’s.
• Chargeable Trainings to premium customers, spares business.
• Deals with our valuable customer in Odisha such as, JSPL, TATA STEEL BSL, NAVA BHARAT VENTURES LTD, NTPC, MCL, BHUBANESWARI COAL MINES, JK PAPER, UTKAL AUMINA, VEDANTA ALUMINA, NALCO SMELTER, NALCO CPP, TATA REFRACTORY, PARADIP PORT, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, IFFCO, ESSAR STEEL, BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL, etc.
