Nature of the Job: Worked for Oil to Chemical project worth of USD 15 billion called as Jamnagar Phase 3

· Worked as Head of Fabrication Division for execution of piping spools, structural fabrication, blasting and Painting and storage management of the same.

· Total spools fabricated 10.8-million-inch dia.

· Total structure fabricated 2,00,000 Metric Tons.

· Blasting and painting of pipes, piping spools and structure- 6500 Kilometer pipes, 3,00,000 MT Structure blasting and painting, total 4 million square meters of blasting and painting.

· Total manpower led 14500 no and 350 staff peaks.

· Worked 4.5 years without loss time case and generated 73 million safe man hours.

· Material handled carbon steel, alloy steel like P5, P9, P91, Stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and nonferrous steels like Inconel, Titanium etc.

· Overall area under my supervision was 750 Acre.

Last 4 years executing EPC projects for construction of Rescue and rehabilitation Centre of 300 Acre for the Animals costing around Rs. 12000 million at Jamnagar.

· Also I was heading strategic business unit (SBU-profit center). I was responsible for the business in my SBU. I was involved right from the business development to completion of work including site activities if any in execution of unit equipment, structural fabrication, piping & turnkey projects for upstream, downstream hydrocarbon industry & Infrastructure Projects in Middle East.

· The organization is certified under ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, ASME U, PP, S, NB & R stamp & the annual capacity is 5000-6000 MT & piping up to 250000 to 300000 Inch Dia.

· Total manpower working with me 350-400.

· Worked on various projects for Qatar Petroleum like fabrication of piping, structure & its painting, Equipment fabrication, Qatar steel Expansion & Shutdown projects, QP tank Bottom plate replacement project, QP Halul incinerator refurbishment. · Worked as an execution in charge, in a one of the production Centre, which was established as an independent additional facility for production through the contract workmen, where fabrication of equipment for power, oil & gas projects carried out.

· Additional responsibilities were overall in charge of safety of entire plant, plate preparation shop, surface treatment like shot blasting, painting & acid cleaning.

· Leading team of 45 engineers & 600 workmen.
