  • Directorate of Revenue Intelligence have issued Summon for wrong availament of Duty Draw Back by violating of notification No. 59/2017 -Customs (NT) dated 29.6.2017 and seeking to issue Show Cause Notice for about Rs.7 Crores plus interest and penalty. The case was being handled intelligently and with proper documentations, resulting in the demand reduced to Rs.1.50 Crores.
