Recording and reporting vital sign, patient medication, daily routine care, perform all aseptic care, uses of bipap, suction machines.

• Handling patients with respiratory problems in medical icu, use of syringe pump, suction machine, mechanical ventilators, BiPAP, nebulization, assisting Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Tracheotomy, Arterial line insertion, Central line insertion, Pleural tapping etc.
• perform iv cannulation, ryles tube insertion, urine catheterization, suctioning, feeding.
• monitor vital sign and recording all important findings related to patients, coordinate with health care team, update critical findings, handle patient admission discharge process, give emotional support to patient and family members if need.

• In this hospital i handled mentally ill patients like schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dementia, hyperactive, OCD, PTSD, suicidal case, rehabilitative patients etc.
• Perform patients admission and discharge process, iv cannulation, medication, catheterization, ryles tube insertion, assess in various psychological test like Rorschach ink blot test, personality test, IQ test etc.
• Cordinate with health care team including psychiatrist, psychologist, behavioural therapist, lab technician, physiotherapist, dietitian etc
  Provide psychological support to patients and its family members when need.
