RBL BANK LTD, AREA MANAGER (MORTGAGE LOAN), 02/12/24, Build and Manage Direct and Indirect Sourcing Channels, Manage the 30 DSA and 30 to 40 connector., Acquiring retail mortgage loan business through DSA channels/Direct, Responsible for achieving Sales targets through direct efforts or through assigned relationships, Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships., Handle the team of 10 member and ensure the team members productivity and plan of month, Track leads and Channel for fulfillment of leads generated, Timely resolution of all discrepancies rose during application processing at underwriting stage and disbursement stage, Maintain TAT for sanction and disbursement with coordination of credit and operation dept., Responsible for penetration of cross sell products like general insurance and Life insurance with Health insurance, Timely resolution of customer complaints., Direct reporting to Area Head.
