1) Release Service Kits and Spares in BPCS ERP System

Role : Sr. Engineering Technical Services

Client : Atlas Copco

Summary : Create the accurate EBOM for various Product Ranges and make available in ERP System(BPCS).

Responsibilities :

• Create and Release New Physical Product for various Products through Enovia PLM.
• Releasing the complete EBOM structure in Enovia for different Various Product Ranges of Compressors
• Revise the existing Kits/Spares and update the EBOM as per the Customer Needs
• check the feasibility of taking Parts and Logistic ownership Transfer for other Divisional Product
• Part’s End of Life (EOL) collaborate with SCM, Manufacturing & Purchasing teams to evaluate alternate component for Obsolescence and Release Part termination notice
• Facilitate Change Management Process (CR/CO/CA): coordinate part release, BOM changes, Date, milestone, and variant effectivity, manage change workflows and approvers.
• Audit the entire EBOM on key milestones, and fix the potential release errors that might result in part shortage or excessive part release, etc.
• Facilitate review meetings with commodity owners to ensure the quality and completeness of EBOM and product data at key milestones.
• Support in defining the Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release process.
• Work closely with Commodity Owners to write engineering change requests efficiently and audit engineering drawings for quality and compliance checks before releasing into the production system.

2) DRYER AC2650-8500, 

Role : Design Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Understanding Requirement Specifications and scope of a project.
• Designed and Developed 3D modelling and assembled the parts and developed drafting for all the components using Creo an Inventor CAD tools
• Prepared BOM of product.
• Preparing a data sheet for all components and load the Models in PLM - Enovia
