• Ensure timely preparation of parts discrepancy advice and sending intimation to the principle along with photographs and necessary documents.
• Looking into proper parts issues & counter sales.
• Ensure proper data Entry of all transactions, to quality inspection, to inventory, into appropriate tracking system modules.
• Conducting timely stock checking & inventory control.
• Preparation of daily reports, weekly reports & monthly reports.
• Attending the morning meeting with the Service advisors, Managers etc.
• Inspect the parts periodically & report deterioration, damage etc and carry out necessary preservative treatment for more shelf life, if the storage period is going to be longer.
• Developing and adopting new changes as per needs.

• Diploma course in Windows application
• Fluency in major MS Office Application software like Word, Excel & Expertise on Internet.
• Thorough knowledge of BMW Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC)
• Thorough knowledge of Land Rover Micro cat (EPC)
• Good experience in stores related programmes.
