- Conduct lesson learnt & brainstorm meeting with all stakeholders once the project is finished.
- Analyze the Project cost consumption during the project for maintaining the margin & after Machine dispatch for future projects through ERP in Microsoft 365FO.
- Pre-acceptance trails of machine to prove agreed results at our Manufacturing Plant.

- Visit to customer places for drawing approval process/foundation checking/installation site feasibility study.
- Visit customer for critical commissioning of the machine on technical front to support service team.
- One Point of Contact for customer from Start of the Project to Warranty Closure.
- Setting up cross functional meeting required for the project to meet the customer deadlines.
