Senior Account Manager
- Responsible for New client engagement and key account management in US IT and Non IT Industry.
- Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new LOB.
- Tracking new clients in various industries.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and old customers on a continual basis through a high volume.
- Responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
- Track weekly calls and appointments.
- Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
- Ability to negotiate rates / salaries, convince clients within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
- Well-networked in the defined sectors and successful track record of delivery.
- Good experience in contingent (Contract) staffing as well as FTE (, Time Employment).
- Aggressive, dynamic, result oriented, good sales aptitude, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding persuasion, negotiation and investigative skills with ability to work effectively.
- Cultivated productive relationships with business representatives and consulted closely to uncover needs and match to available solutions.
