  • UG Admission Correspondence: Prepared Admission Board Proceedings in accordance with approved norms and admission schedules. Communicated admission results and registration procedures to selected candidates through official e-mail and website. Issued Joining Instructions to selected candidates within the prescribed timelines.   • Op Sadbhavna Correspondence: Processed correspondence relating to the provision of admissions to children of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh under Operation Sadbhavna, in accordance with the prescribed guidelines. Prepared and submitted periodical progress reports on admissions and academic performance of students admitted under Operation Sadbhavna.   • UG Admission Correspondence: Handled UG admission correspondence for the B.Sc. (Fashion & Apparel Design) course. Circulated admission posters to Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV), Army Public Schools (APS), Army channels, and local units. Issued admission notices to Headquarters Southern Command. Coordinated publication of admission advertisements in local newspapers, as and when required. Prepared and submitted admission status reports and returns to Higher Headquarters.
  • E Prospectus: Prepared noting sheets on the draft E-Prospectus for approval. Obtained approval of the E-Prospectus from the Chairman, AIFD and forwarded the same to HQ Southern Command for further approval, followed by intimation to HQ AWES through the proper channel. Coordinated uploading of the approved E-Prospectus on the Institute website through the CAD Department. Forwarded soft copies of the E-Prospectus to the concerned Higher Headquarters through online mode.
  • Vehicle / Property Insurance Correspondence: Handling insurance and correspondence for institute vehicles and property.
