Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Business Ownership
• Drive overall sales growth in CSD, CPC, and Paramilitary canteen networks
• Plan and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the institutional channel
2. Channel Management - CSD / CPC / BSF
• Handle end-to-end coordination for CSD Depots & URCs (Defence), CPC Depots & Police Canteens, and BSF/otherParamilitary canteens
• Ensure smooth primary supplies and improved secondary offtake
3. Listings, Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure timely submission of all documentation as per CSD, CPC, and paramilitary norms
• Stay updated on institutional policy changes and implement them internally
4. Depot Supply & Stock Monitoring
• Track depot-wise stock levels and prevent stock-outs
• Plan replenishment in coordination with supply chain
• Monitor pending orders, dispatches, and supply gaps
5. CSD / CPC / Paramilitary Liaison & Relationship Management
• Maintain strong working relationships with CSD Depot Officials, CPC Authorities
• Handle escalations, supply issues, and operational challenges
• Follow up for payments, outstanding amounts, and account reconciliations with depot
6. Claims, Reconciliation & Controls
• Monitor shortages, damages, and depot claims
• Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation and timely closure of outstanding issues
• Maintain documentation for audits and institutional inspections
