• Preforming end to end P2P process for retail client's like Loblaws,Walmart & Ingles on daily basis.
• Perform Accounts Payable transaction processing (PO/ Non PO) in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined operating procedure and quality standards as defined in SLA's.

• Receive agent endorsements to have them validate entries in the Non Queue team.
• Being first level of Underwriter approval for request being received to make changes to their policy holders account.
• Evaluated and analyzed insurance policy applications, assessing risk factors and state guidelines as per the SOP basis that taking a call if the request has to be sent to level 2 Risk Management team (RMBC) or being rejected.
• Managing year end process effectively with 100% accuracy rate.
• Attend weekly PABM meetings and give my suggestions if any on the calls to my onshore partners and trainers to have a smooth setup.
• Used to drive Innovation drives for the Policy Admin team by having Quiz and also used to maintain a tracker as well for the team and share with my leader on quarterly basis.
• Prepare the Next report to my onshore partners on a daily basis which includes the daily incoming, processed volume and backlog volume in it.
• Updating the daily huddle before the huddle on daily basis.
• Preparing a weekly roster and leave plans for the team.

Training:

• Cleared AIDA exam for Allstate Insurance Domain.

Highlights

• Was hired for a process called Backdated Endorsement which was a new migration in the company and also successfully cleared the training and was responsible for the quality of the team as well.
• Assisted team leaders in preparing reports which was required by them as being an experienced employee.

Achievements

• Project CSP team - Managed a team of 6 associates for a project for a quarter. Prepared reports for the team handled associates and maintained SLA for the team. Also had client calls with BU partners.
• Received several monthly & quarterly RNR's within a short period of time.

Got an opportunity through an IJP to be the part of the quality team for a year and performed external audits for the team. I was one of the few associates from the total strength of 28 who got this opportunity.

• Smooth set up and functioning of QA to meet business requirement
• Analyze improvement areas, perform RCA and prepare action plan for processes missing SLA
• Drive consistent delivery on QA program
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them
