GST Return filing: Look at GSTR-1, GST 2B reconciliation, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9 annual filing.
Helped in finalization of accounts with the Senior Accounts Manager. Assisted in creation and verification of final Accounts and Company Annual reports.
Setting up new companies and Account Outsourcing: Helped companies like PRAAN India and AWP India in setting up in terms of documentation and registration for incorporation, share certificates, GST, PAN, TAN, DIN, bank accounts, shop and establishment, PT, PF, and forex accounts. Coordinated with CA and CS for completion of the above. Set up their accounting systems for manufacturing and service sector, respectively. Initially, I handled all accounting aspects for PRAAN for 2 years until handover. Looked into Transfer Pricing for both AWP India and PRAAN India. Currently also handling Account Receivables and Project Costing for AWP India. Helped in finalization of accounts with accounts manager. Also assisted in creation and verification of final accounts and annual reports.

Zoho Expense (2016): Worked closely with the Zoho team in the initial pilot phases of Zoho Expense. Gave initial User feedbacks on development in terms of Customer Experience and User Interface. Removed Excel-based sheets, streamlined the process with the accounts team and management, and made changes in the expense claim policy. Monthly claims were changed to weekly, thereby allowing for faster processing of claims and reducing the month-end cash flow crunch. Consultants were able to make claims remotely. Accounts had much ease of processing and calculating. Conducted user training and created a user manual for the future. Highlights: We were amongst the first to implement it in our company.

New Office (2016): I played a key role in transforming our new office from a bare space into a fully functional workspace within just three months. Coordinating closely with the architect and contractor, I oversaw the entire process—from demolition to construction—ensuring that the design met our needs for both aesthetics and functionality. I also designed and implemented the IT infrastructure, setting up servers, access points, video conferencing systems, and other critical technologies. Additionally, I managed the seamless transfer of resources from the old office to the new one, ensuring a smooth transition.
Accounting software (2017 & 2021): Evaluated and migrated transactions from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online via Transaction Pro at the advent of GST, thereby being GST compliant. Evaluated and migrated from QuickBooks Online to Zoho Books Online after closure of QB Online.
LeadSquared CRM (2016): Implementation of CRM and Sales Automation tool. Checked with internal business team, management requirements, and sales team on their requirements. The older system was loosely Excel-based or was maintained separately by different teams. Arranged demos with different teams, took inputs, customized the user inputs, and created dashboards for teams and management. Arranged user training and created a user manual for the future. Did a month-on-month user adoption report. Followed up with users in case of lower adoption rate or help.
Mailing System, Backup and SharePoint and Document Management (2019) : Changed the office mailing and document management system (office server based) to cloud, Office 365. Migrated the current mail system to Office 365. Created SharePoint site for internal documentation purposes. Conducted a session to gather input on folder structures, nomenclature for different folders, and the process of uploading and tagging all documents. Based on inputs, created meta tags for tagging the documents. Managed the company's Office 365 and SharePoint as an administrator.
Company Offsites and Meetings (2016 - 2024): Planned and managed many company offsites and meetings (domestic and international like to China, Macao, Hyderabad, Sri Lanka, Goa, Pune, Alibaug etc). Also planned various fun activities for employees during various corporate meets.
Marketing Initiatives: Created and helped marketing teams with various mailing campaign tools like Mailist Controller, MailChimp, Snov.io, SendinBlue, Zoho Campaign, etc. Designed flyers, brochures, standees, greetings, Twitter, and LinkedIn posts using Canva, PowerPoint, Corel Draw, etc.
Course Management System 2024: Evaluated and Implemented new E-learning system (Learnworld, Edmingle) for clients, created a user manuals and conducted teacher training also managed current system (Moodle) as administrator. Worked on introducing online live training, adding payment gateways, and trials for prospects to convert new users to active users.
Process Automation : As a part of initiative worked closely with different Business Teams and departments to automate tasks using Python and Power Automate.
