  • Managed all communication that went out to prospective leads as well as clients during contract negotiation stage and after on-boarding. These include: Tailored sales presentations and pitch decks; Project pricing proposals that are competitive in the market; Weekly overview of accounts for the client and internal team to map out future scope and KPIs.
  • Internal team structuring, coordination and reporting was conceptualised and managed by me for the Operations and Business Development teams at Aarrrmor. Also responsible to setup an efficiency tracker and reporting system that looked at our lead generation-conversion process, the marketing funnel, and the work load of all executives in the Operations team.
  • Responsible for strategisng our approach to identify prospective clients via referrals, cold calling and via digital platforms
  • Solely responsible for presenting Aarrrmor to leads, I managed to restructure the messaging based on current services we provide. I ended up on-boarding and managing clients ranging from B2B marketplaces, government bodies, customer oriented brands, to companies purely based on concept selling.

  • Setting up effective channels of communication with clients, and being the single point of contact for most of them. In a team of 20 people at OnPro, I was leading teams for 16 out of 50 main clients, most of which had 200+ employees and are category leaders globally
  • Constantly involved in conducting training sessions for the clients for their pre-existing product modules, as well as pitching to them the new modules that OnPro developed. I was often involved in conducting periodic business review meetings with the clients to access the value they are gaining from OnPro products. I was the one mainly responsible to maintain and carry forward the relationship with key clients like Continental Group (Finance/Insurance) and MVP Tech
  • Was also responsible for surge in revenue for OnPro, by inspiring clients to purchase our SAAS products and additional Pro services. I was key in OnPro bagging Continental Group International and Inspire Integrated, two of their biggest clients then. With clients such as MVP Tech, I was majorly involved in their retention with OnPro based on the growth that our services provided.
  • Initiating and leading internal product-review meetings based on client feedback, so that the development team better understands the need for new features. Streamlining the internal resource utilization on each client project, and responsible for workload management across the all sub-ordinates at OnPro. Being one of the first hires here, I had to build my team from scratch and assign responsibilities as the company grew

  • Responsible for staff recruitment, as well as delivering and improving on the training modules for new hires across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, warehousing and shipping. With a mixture of local and international recruits here, making the process cost-effective was an important target for me
  • My role in recruitment included analyzing and tracking our competitor's personnel and recruits; as well as catering to demographic constraints such as communication skills in local African recruits, and making sure there is no racial discrimination in the advertising/recruiting process
  • Was in-charge of monitoring the effectiveness of the employee's overall compensation, as well as improving the various incentives and sales benefits programs. I had voluntarily conceptualised a job-satisfaction project to improve retention numbers, which was conducted across the 300 employees
  • Acted as a liaison between the HR team and other departments not only for dispute resolution and grievances, but also to improve on manpower handling, and if necessary assistance in increasing or reducing the size of each team
