Significant accomplishments:
Transformation Projects: • Month Closing Acceleration from WD5 to WD3 and sustainability for ABI Europe Zone • Europe South consolidation smart close and sub-process standardization • Strategic Implementation of Blackline system & efficiency release of 6 FTE • Enhancement of S4 Hana features resulting efficient Report generation • Mid-month close – movement of non-input dependent activities to mid-month and reduction of cycle time and volume • Automation in multiple areas under different sub-process. 4 FTE cost saved in Capgemini and 3 FTE cost in Genpact.
Transitions: • Good experience in Process Transition. Have successfully completed 3 onsite and 3 remote transitions from both Europe, USA and EMEA. Handled the end-to-end journey closely in collaboration with transition team starting from Gate 1 up to Go-Live and stabilization phase with all Business Excellence documentation Other Projects: • EBITDA upside impact of USD 5M through open accrual clearance • Pilot exit with all 100% metrics and stabilized all the sub-processes. Won “Team excellence award” chosen by client • Successfully finished all VAT/Profession Tax Assessments from 2005 to 2009 • Implementation of several automated excel forms resulting less time consumption in processing of employee Reimbursements
