  • Led technological innovation and design optimization to enhance hydropower generation efficiency.
  • Successfully achieved commercial operation date for all four units of 800 MW Parbati-II HEP in April 2025.
  • Directed commissioning initiation of 2000 MW Subansiri HEP, completing HRT filling, MIV testing, and auxiliary systems testing.

    Held overall charge of operations in one of the most challenging high-altitude environments. Ensured uninterrupted generation and plant efficiency under extreme climatic conditions by fostering a highly motivated and resilient team.
  • Teesta Low Dam-III Power Station (132 MW), West Bengal:
    Successfully revived the power station from a critical state where machines were inoperable due to multiple issues. Led early resolution of complex technical problems and restored the plant to full operational capacity. Ensured efficient day-to-day operations and sustained performance.
  • Rangit Power Station (60 MW), Sikkim:
    Led plant operations with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency. Achieved substantial improvements by minimizing downtime and maintenance duration, thereby enhancing plant availability and generation performance.
