• Working with the collections department to review accounts and client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms Daily sales capturing with the corrective deliveries against respective hubs/warehouses and reconciling the cash deposition with the actual receipts in bank statements. Regular transactions and post actualization with the bank statements, processing the journals, and posting in to respective accounting heads.
• Before MEC checks all the respective receivable ledgers and matches them with actual receipts received in bank statements and posts the corresponding corrective journal entries by nullifying the GL vs. bank statement differences. During the MEC closure, before the deadline clearing all the open accruals with actual and GL matching. Preparing monthly MEC statements along with the provisions for the month, accruals, and provisional bad debts and submitting them for higher management review.Coordinating with bankers on the cash inflow disputes, taking on-time deposition clearing confirmation.
• Handling cash management where we need to activate the new hubs with our stakeholders coordinating with bankers for dry run and activation.
• Handling audit data computing and management reporting

• Cost saving initiatives based on the revised slab revision of agency cash limit.Implemented the integration between agency software and the bank internal system to handle credit to clients through system.
• I have been instrumental in implementing IDDS system where we could input the on board clients and pickup points in to the system which can be retrieved and monitored at any point of time.
• Automation of client bill and agency bills through TBMS. Cash-in-Transit agents (CIT) pick up and deliver cash in armoured vehicles and are secured by a comprehensive insurance cover.
• To ensure the day to day activities and mentoring the team members, on boarding of new clients and new touch points to our business.Giving real time credits to the clients based on the agency portal and MIS.Generating Income billing on a monthly basis and recovering the same from clients on a timely basis and processing the vendor bills.
• Conducting audits at agency as per to the SLA.Handled BCP activities for Mumbai location.Handled discrepancies between agency and client.Fraud/Theft reporting to RBI team.Co ordinating with branches and currency chest for smooth cash deposition from Agencies.

• Shouldered the responsibility of monitoring and managing Fraud detection, Prevention, Analysis and Customer Response Center.
• Basically we were monitoring the credit card and debit transactions through the Falcon Fraud Manager where the transactions will pop up based on the parameter settings on the cards.Monitoring of frauds, identifying the Trends, setting the Parameters to prevent the future frauds.
• I have identified 30 frauds in the month of March 2010 and accounting to 26lack rupees savings to the bank.In a short span of six months successfully detected more than 50 International frauds (Skimming) for PAN-India SCB cards which saved more than 40, 000, 00 INR to the bank.
