  • Currently, I am working on the geostatistical inversion of the Ravva Offshore field with global experts (external) to generate high-resolution probabilistic volumes, which will provide exploration and new infill opportunities.
  • Successfully completed geostatistical inversion of Cambay offshore, in collaboration with global experts, which resulted in improving volumetrics to approximately 9 mmboe of recoverable reserves.
  • QC’ed six well locations for development planning in the Nagayalanka (KG Onshore) block, integrating full-stack seismic data with inversion-derived P-impedance and Vp/Vs volumes. Generated and analyzed attribute maps to identify optimal drilling targets within the Raghavpuram Pay, and Gollapalli units.
  • Delivered static model inputs by interpreting key seismic horizons, faults, and evaluated well-to-seismic ties (around 10 wells) within a designated area of the Ravva Offshore, converted inputs to depth domain, enabling more accurate static reservoir modeling.
  • Generated seismic attribute maps (post-stack windowed RMS, fluid factor, and sum of negative amplitudes) to enhance facies modeling and reservoir heterogeneity assessment.
  • Built a reliable velocity model for the same area, using time surfaces, well markers, and seismic interval velocity, converting time surfaces and faults to depth domain, achieving approximately a 10-12% overall reduction in depth uncertainty.
  • Planned a 6-well infill campaign for Cambay offshore, using the integration of inversion volumes with angle stack seismic data, generating various post-stack windowed attributes, and structural contour maps to support well placements, reducing uncertainty, and adding a recoverable volume of around 9 mmboe of oil reserves.
  • Played a key role in identifying four exploration and development opportunities in the Ravva offshore field by conducting local horizon and fault interpretation, DHI and AVO analysis, utilizing post-stack windowed and multitrace attributes to delineate the areal extent of remaining hydrocarbons and assessed volumetrics for P10, P50, and P90 cases to support risk evaluation and decision-making, resulting in unlocking a potential of around ~13 mmboe of oil.
  • Conducted post-drill analysis in the Ravva and Cambay Offshore field by performing rock physics analysis, AVO modeling, and applying fluid substitution modeling (Gassmann’s equation) to evaluate the elastic properties of the reservoir (sand-shale system) and differentiate between reservoir fluids (brine, oil, and gas), justifying drilling results and enhancing confidence in reservoir characterization.
  • Played a key role in JV and DGH alignment, justifying two exploration prospects from a geophysical perspective in the Ravva offshore block.
  • Prepared geological prognosis reports, SORs, geophysical inputs in FDPs, cross-discipline integration, and higher technical approvals during the pre-drill stage.
