> Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creation of automation scripting for the customer so that the manual monitoring would be easier
• Management and maintenance of the Script. Weekly or monthly runs of the packages as required for the customer
• Creation of Health Check Scripts reports and involved in all the steps from taking requirements to delivering it to the Customer
• Creation of Notification script to assist the TAC team
• Skilled in DB server, Mapping, and Deployment testing, Migration, Troubleshooting
• Maintenance of existing Auto Notification reports and making updates or changes as required
• Providing support for the MSRM Portal, GNOC Portal, EOX Portal
• Data modeling of the master and worker nodes and viewing which nodes would further be used in other reports on the virtual server
• Conducting training at various levels for the team on Shell scripting
