- Perform safety and security checks of the aircraft and aircraft equipments (E.g : preflight safety checks of oxygen bottles, BCF, life jackets, aircraft doors , passenger and crew seats etc)
- Conduct emergency handling procedures when needed (E.g: Fire fighting, ditching, crash landing, aborted landing, decompression)
- Facilitate communication between flight deck and cabin crew prior to takeoff and during flights to promote smooth operations. (E.g: duration of flight, taxi time, weather, clear air turbulence etc)
- Relay latest updates regarding safety and service process in briefing.
- Escalation handling for all issues inflight - Mechanical and electrical procedures to fix minor issues inflight to avoid dependency on ground team.
- Assist passengers with disabilities by providing wheelchair and supporting throughout the flight, provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure safety and comfort of first and business class customers.
- Prepare passengers for take off and landing (In compliance with QCAA regulations)
- Clearly explain and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures to passengers prior to takeoff.
- Administer first aid whenever required (E.g: CPR, Burn, airsickness, use of Tempus IC)
- Answer passenger queries and provide solutions to issues arising during flight.
- Food garnishing and wine preparation.
- Responsible for training and performance of new crew member handhold and coach during tasks inflight.
- Assess performance of new hires. Provide constructive feedback / appreciation/ improvement plans
- Inventory management of inflight assets
- Conduct lost and found procedures for any items inadvertently left behind by passengers.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings
- Assign cabin crew work positions.

- Manage IT services for customer all around the globe.
- Provide support for IBM applications (Lotus live meeting, Lotus live share, Lotus live events and blue house by email, phone and web.
- Coordinate with the CSG / Sales group & escalate the billing queries. - Open SWAT calls for severity one issues Check the queue, identify the devices and escalate the tickets to appropriate team.
- Open maintenance and trouble ticket for SOC and NOC.
- Working on ticketing systems like Siebel and Impact.
- Identify the cause of networking problems using diagnostic testing software and equipment.
-Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operations.
- Resolve issues related to Dell portable (Hardware /Software).
- Resolve issues related to wired and wireless connections.
- Resolve issues using remote connections.
- Maintain proper escalations
- Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements and/or upgrades.
