Six Sigma GreenBelt Project: - The Project is for Improving Metric in LURR Project,Baseline Metric of the project was 1.72km/hr.
Creating Dashboards to present the health of the project, with ETA and reports.
Mentoring newly hired users for project specific knowledge and process.
