• Configured New Relic Solutions which adhere to Monitoring standard and process to ensure Tools stability.
• My Role comprised of Installations, configurations, administration, support and maintenance of New Relic Tool.
• Focused on Instrumenting and configuring New Relic synthetics and NR APM.
• Collaborated with Business and IT to design and implement performance benchmarks for each application
• Analyzed complex business requirements, design and write technical specifications design or resign complex computer platforms and applications.
• Configured Maintenance window based on Planned or Unplanned activity on Splunk (ITSI) and New Relic. Worked closely with Patching team on monthly basis.
• Configured Splunk Alerts on New Relic Monitoring data. Working Knowledge on Splunk.
