• Supported internal audit for a listed sugar manufacturing company and its distillery division
• Conducted internal audit assignments of UPPTCL, PVVNL units identifying control weaknesses and providing recommendations for improvement, leading to strengthened financial systems.
• Conducted Statutory Audit of a group of a company which is engaged in the manufacturing of Silver Jewelry and reported on its consolidated financial statements, including reporting under CARO Rules-2020 and e-filing forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
• Conducted tax audits for clients operating in diverse sectors and was involved in the preparation and filing of tax audit reports viz Form 3CA/CB-3CD
• Also involved in Statutory Bank audits of various Nationalized & Private Banks, reviewed customer accounts to identify and resolve irregularities, identified potential areas of risk through diligent research and analysis, enabling proactive measures to mitigate concerns.
• Having good exposure to Stock Audit & Concurrent Audit of the credit & Retail Branch prepared reports and materials to assist with audits.

• Engaged in IBC case on behalf of operational creditor and work on the NeSL Portal
• Exposure of drafting of Partnership Deed & Reply Letters to Banks

• Engaged in certification services covering Net worth certificates, Turnover certificates and Book debts statement etc
• Preparation of Financial Statements as per AS & Schedule III including cash flows of Corporate Entities having turnovers in range of Rs 25cr - 100cr.
