• Manage end-to-end workflows processing, under OFDB for the clients to get the best results under the data
• Monitor in testing of the new development, enhancements made in the products
• Collaborate with Symbology department, to store the financial data for restructure the 5 years long term model
• Develop and maintain RMS and IRN dashboards alongside with the new IRN 2.0 dashboard and reports to track performance metrics which helps the APAC, EMEA and America clients to be retain their data before taking the Long-, Mid- and Short-term decisions before investing in NYSE, LSE and HKSE etc
• Working in RMS not only helped me to regrow my learning in the business sense but also helped me to retain the clients by giving them the best solutions
• Work with IT and engineering teams to improve Product functionality and resolve technical issues
• Evaluate and implement new Formulas, Plans, Product solutions and technologies to enhance system efficiency
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards
• Communicate effectively with vendors and external partners to enhance service delivery
• Worked around 25 projects in last 3 years and currently working on 3 of the most important and long-term projects for Factset 'Weitz Investment Management', AIA Company Limited and Antipodes Partners Holdings Pty Ltd
• Working on the Migration, Data implementation, IRN Dashboards
• Migration and Data Transitions Projects for the New and Existing Clients. As Example if a new client wants to experience the RMS-Product such as IRN, and are willing to move from there existing company where they use to save there Research notes. We make sure that the demo that we provide to the clients, should be beneficial to them and if they want any new feature which will make them use our product in a better way, we make sure that new Enhancement requests are raised and we work along with the PD and Engineering team to release the Enhancements in best way possible and in the mean time it reaches to the clients we do en number of testings in our Workstations. So that 99.999% of bug fixes are already made and client can use the Fact set product steadily such as "IRN Email Rule, IRN Work Flow Rule, Custom Symbol, Portfolio views, Market View, Workflow Manager etc.

Hence, the Research on the Fact set product and the data received from clients both our managed simultaneously in my current role.

• Maintain and update end to end Payment processing and Invoice
• Analyze the Tax percentage on behalf of the slab rate and create reports on the workforce trends
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Assist in policy development and updates based on organizational needs and regulatory changes to handle the percentage of commission receiving from the International Universities all around the Globe
