  • Manage the development and delivery of Altus application for wealth management in Barclays. Gather
    requirements & implement Altus application by using test driven development by creating interface to
    fund managers using SWIFT .
  • Avaloq application process enhancement for better delivery to stakeholder .
  • Performed GAP fit analysis and to ensure there is no assumptions or risks to the process and changes . As a result reduced the TAT, Improved fund transfer using SWIFT , SLA has reduced from 60 days to 20 days.


AXA Client Migration ( Apr 2014 - Aug 2014)


  • The client wants to create a bulk number for securities which includes bonds and equities.
  • The deadline for the stocks to be created in the software platform was short , with limited resources
    the migration has been completed with the deadline , which helped the client to trade the securities
    in live market in profit.
