• Completing processing of allocated clients (Termination, Rehire, U.S Tax, New hire, Death, Job profile creation, supervisory organization creation, leave management, Performance Management and Payroll.) within the TAT.
• Conducting Quality Audits for the team
• Run Query in Workday for pay confirm to get all error so that can be fixed, Engaged in queue management for all the processes
• Completing processing all WFA reports and Tax reports.
• Backup creation and provide training for New Hire, Job Data change, Job profile creation, Supervisory organization creation etc.
• Documenting different process level SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
