- Undertaking the job for search relating to encumbrance, Title Search report etc. of the property only after receipt of proper communication from the concerned Branch/ Regional Office of the Bank.
- Original Document Verification and Preparing Vetting Reports by scrutinizing original documents.
- Point out any defect(s), whether legal or otherwise in the title documents which is prima facie apparent/manifest should inform the Bank of pendency of any litigation concerning the property if it comes to his knowledge at the time of search or at any time subsequent to furnishing the search report.
- Verified the title of Immovable Properties & providing search and title report and APF reports for immovable property to various bank, flat purchasers etc. And provide all the necessary legal help and consultation for acquiring immovable properties for commercial and non-commercial purpose.
- Intimate the day to day progress of the matter to the concerned Branch/ Regional Office of the Bank.
- Maintaining proper records including property written records that encircle meeting telephonic conversation and written communications, thereby enabling them to avoid any miscommunication/misinformation that might negatively impact their cause.
- Doing persistent and regular follow-ups to overcome challenge's during the problem solving process. Not to make any submission before the court without proper instructions from the concerned Branch/ Regional Office/Head Office of the Bank.
- Legal Drafting of Sale Deed, Assignment Deeds, Mortgage Deed, Partnership Deeds, Agreements and other.
- Conveyancing work, Document registration and Notarized documentation
