• For sales analytics created several dashboard and report in power BI for checking portfolio health

PD, ETL

• Forward looking PD estimates was based on macro-economic variables (such as IIP, CPI, Brent, RR, GDP etc) that theoretically can have impact delinquency
• Responsibilities included: Data collected from CMIE economic outlook, RBI etc.
• Data preparation and outlier treatment
• Built various statistical and time series models to predict delinquency for Mar'24

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly forecast for McAfee using Moving Average, ARMA, Linear Regression, ARIMA Model & Exponential Smoothing technique

• Working on Best time to connect to the customer
• Treatment Strategy (Email/SMS/Call), i.e.; the appropriate channel to connect to the customers based on their bill days & risk bands
• Working on NBA (Next Best Action): Used Cluster analysis to suggest where the customers should go for Settlement /EMI / Partial Payments as their mode of payments
