• Multiskilling training to Inspector/Operator & staff for skill up gradation
• Process audit & Product audits as per system requirement
• Projects for Reduction process failure as well as Field improvement & Shop floor rejection improvement
• To enhance Quality level of products with continuous improvements and to implement Quality strategy
• Daily FPA activity for FG & semi-Finished product
• Responsible for weekly and monthly quality performance reports
• Identify training needs and make training plan & execution
