Ericsson Network Operations Centre now leverages an advanced speech bot powered by generative AI to streamline its support for network operations processes such as starting, pausing, and stopping, based on calls from technicians. This automation enhanced 70% efficiency and response times.
GEN AI inbound supply INSIGHTS: Inbound supply teams connected with planning, sourcing, Manufacturing, and other parts withing supply. there is constant disruption in suppliers’ capability and the status for orders and deliveries rapidly changes. the new GEN-AI solutions will be able to augment the capability analysis for relevant USER’S personas to speed up the response time significantly
Smart ToW – Analytics in a Day (80% reduction in analytic development time):
Developed a e2E data science solution for analytic development framework which allows to build first pass detection analytic in ~ 1 day. Solved multiple business use cases for fleet management using this tool and currently it’s being used by many teams across organization. Single click end – end automated platform with various algorithms.
Intelligent prediction analytic framework (IPAF):
This framework is aimed at developing a one-stop-shop for all the development related activities in the Time on Wing (ToW) analytics prediction space. It will serve as a platform to build models quickly and drive standard work enabling easier downstream integration.
