Godrej Parkridge, Manjari Having 3 Towers and MLCP (G+4) (Third Party Payroll (Oct 2021-Apr 2022)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Entire RCC execution which includes Aluform shuttering works.
• Design Coordination with architect, structural consultant and MEP consultant for Shell plan and Modulation drawing approval.
• Monitoring progress and quality of work.
• Maintained tactical control of project budgets and timelines to keep teams on task and achieve schedule targets.
• Supported senior managers and department leaders by completing projects and problem resolution under tight budgets and schedule demands.
• Preparation of base schedule, tracking of progress of site.
• Planning for upcoming activities and monitoring progress.
• Drawings coordination.
• Working out quantities of all finishing items which includes (External plaster, gypsum, putty, paint, tilling, waterproofing, dado tilling, railings, etc)
• Developed strategy to speedup progress and increase quality of product.
• Communicated daily with vendors to keep project fully operational.
• Helped with planning schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands

Project Details :-

Godrej Riverhills, Mhalunge Four tower of G+22 floor each with G+2 MLCP (Duration: - March 2020 to Sept 2021) (Aluform)

Godrej Infinity , Keshav Nagar 6 Tower 28 Floor Max ( Duration :- Nov 2019 to March 2020) ( Finishing Work ).

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Entire RCC execution which includes Aluform shuttering works.
• Working out Quantities of all RCC members including quantities of Aluform shuttering (Shear wall, Nonstructural walls etc.).
• Making BBS of said Aluform works and verifying it prior to pass contractor's bill.
• Working out quantities of all finishing items which includes (External plaster, gypsum, putty, paint, tilling, waterproofing
• Coordination for drawings.
• Working out quantities of all finishing items which includes (External plaster, gypsum, putty, paint, tilling, waterproofing, dado tilling, railings, etc).
• Snagging, de-snagging, HOTO (handover takeover) stage were completed prior to possession.

Project Details:-

Residential project of 5 towers of 7 floor each at Shreynager, Aurangabad

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Execution of complete project .
• Preparation of B.B.S (Bar Bending Schedule) & Estimation of quantities as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Responsible for the completion of project as per the given time schedule & continuous progress Monitoring & site update.
• Check all type STRUCTURAL CHECKING at site-Beam, Column, slab, lift, Staircase.
• Trained and mentored junior engineers, providing guidance and direction.
• All Basic Material Check as per IS Code & All ISO document maintained.
• Adhered to timelines to meet quality assurance targets

Project Details :-

Shivsai Heights, Chikalthana having 3 Buildings ( G+4 floor)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Learning site work accordingly with safety in respective area of project
• Reading of drawings to perform work accordingly on site.
• Management of manpower as required.
• Coordination with subcontractors to get prescribed work done.
• Preparing daily reports and weekly reports of works ongoing/ work done.
