• With Kapsons, I have been actively involved in the project design discussions with the client and the design team, taking approvals for the smooth execution of their multi-brand retail outlets in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal.
• Facilitated client design approvals and coordinated site activities with supervisors.
• Constructed Bill of Quantities for new projects while comparing projected costs to actual expenses.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with project specifications, and verify the quality of work.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams during site inspections to address technical issues, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Track and document site activities, including work completed, materials used, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Report on-site progress to project stakeholders, highlighting delays, risks, and corrective actions taken.
