Accomplishments

    During the second COVID wave posted at Manmad, Nashik LPG Plant, i successfully organised the Camp with all necessary arrangements for doctors and their assistants (team of 9 people) & carried out giving prescribed dosages of Covaxin to all the remaining employees numbering approx15, our entire group of 95 workers (including those of all the contractor including their family members) through the Doctors from one of the Public Health Centre at Manmad which led to our Plant being the first to administer both doses to all the Workmen in the Plant.

  • Achieved Market leadership in market share amongst all the Oil Companies in Nashik I Sales Area by formulating daily follow-ups, visits & giving the goals to all the 28 Retailed outlet (Petrol Pump) Dealers spread across a span of approx.100 kms. This was achieved consecutively for 3 years till i was posted in Nashik I Sales Area.
  • Sucessfully supervised a team of 109 workmen in the Plant on daily basis .
