• Creating/Publishing reports using internal Data warehouse, creating tables, extracting/loading data from various tables using Data warehouse, fulfilling data requests of other tasks used to start/pilot a project.

Inbound Business Supply Chain

• Work with the Inbound Business, Retail, Transportation, Software Development,ACES and Finance teams to increase the efficiency and visibility with which product flows from third-party vendors into Amazon’s fulfillment network (distribution centers).
• Act as the face of Amazon for hundreds of vendor representatives and to partner with them on process improvement initiatives such as Perfect Inbound, License Palette Receive and Advance Ship Notifications.
• Reduce contacts on ongoing basis by vendor facing self-service Help & Resource Center maintenance and ad-hoc internal Kaizen.
• Generate Reports on Vendor performance on a weekly basis for top management.

Key Achievement :

• Designed a template on Vendor central website for all chargeback related queries making sure we receive cases with all the details, thereby improving FCR (first contact resolution).
• Drove compliance related to chargeback queries and worked with the tech team in editing the logic of chargeback for PRO# (carrier generated load ref#) related issues. This helped ~5%get back their amount that was incorrectly charged from them.
• Managed vendor performance to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives.

Last mile Analytics and Quality

• Receive sales forecast and transportation projects to understand any adjustments in last mile chain.
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins.
• Packages routing for Germany, USA, Italy, Canada, UK and ensured that the core part involved in deliveries which is routing has been done meticulously along with working on their Geo Code Corrections so that the promised delivery date is not missed.
• Working on the route visualization and static, dynamic routing spaces which require high levels of accuracy and subject matter expertise, publishing station reports and adhering to deadlines on an hourly basis.

Key Achievement :

• Enhanced the routing systems in North America region by 39% during the Amazon Prime Season by collaborating with the Amazon Delivery Stations.

Middle Mile Supply Chain :

• Preparing audit sampling, executing auditing and delivering findings to Operations, Training, and internal partner management teams, which was instrumental in optimizing the Supply Chain in NA and EU Region Robotic FCs(AR FCs).
• Resolved potential shipping and packing delays by highlighting Physical Inventory mismatch with the Virtual Inventory, thus expediting the Shipping and supporting Prime Program.
• Remotely troubleshooting configuration problems with the Inventory Monitoring systems of AFT Computer Vision team.

Key Achievements

• Conceptualized, proposed, and developed an audit elimination mechanism for VBI QA audits which reduced 35% workload of the VBI QA Team and helped avoiding additional headcount
  required for auditing ~75000 jobs which accounts to 2.4 (2-3) Auditors headcount
• Created a local Database with essential tables for the Audit team which helped both the Analytics and the Auditors to generate important reports and analysis
  hassle free.
