- Windows & ESXI Physical &Virtual Server Commissioning and Decommissioning process.
- Responsible for Installing, Configuring, windows and perform Troubleshooting’s on Hardware.
- Strong knowledge in Incident, Change, Problem and Service Management Modules
- Documenting all the Major Incident and changes along with their solutions, sharing.
- Performing daily task like checking on all devices availability and status in DC.
- Escorting vendor team inside DC for new project works like device I&C, cabling, server mounting & for other major works.
- Need to do new projects patching as per project team demands like network, management & storage
- Working in application like service manager, Power IQ & DCIM Tools
- Server ILO configuration, hardware replacement & HDD replacement
- Need to check server health status–temperature, hard disk failure, server not reachable issues
- Working in Cisco Switches & Routers, Dell, HP Servers, Veritas Storage devices, Netapp Storage devices,
- Oracle (super cluster) and Thales HSM devices.
