Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase order (PO)-based invoices, credit notes, and debit notes of suppliers in the TITAN application.
• Manage supplier queries via email and phone to prevent credit holds and shipment delays.
• Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and site finance teams to resolve parked invoices.
• Collaborate with the Treasury team on BRS reports to avoid disputes.
• Generate reports, perform GL postings, reconciliations, and reclassification of ledger accounts and cost centers.
• Reduce the age of blocked invoices (over 60 days) based on weekly reports.
• Perform SOX reconciliation by moving 180+ days due receipts to the AP reserve account if suppliers do not show invoices in their current statement.
• Ensure timely follow-up on query-related invoices.
• Coordinate with internal invoice processing and payment teams to clear invoices and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Manage debit/credit balance closures

• Process drafts and single issuances via Eflow and bulk issuances through the CITIDIRECT portal, tracking transactions until printed at respective branches.
• Prepare a consolidated tracker for all processed draft issuances in Excel and update it in the common drive.
• Manage cancellation and re-issuance of Metro Cheques (Payable at Par) and Non-metro Cheques (Payable at Correspondent Banks) across India.
• Handle correspondent bank drafts presented and paid at correspondent banks, ensuring liquidation of drafts.
• Address customer queries from relationship managers, product sales managers, and branch CIOs via email and telephone.
• Fund correspondent banks across India by uploading issuance and cancellation hand-offs, generating bank-wise summaries, and sending high-value and other reports to correspondent banks
