• Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.
• Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives.

• One Mahalaxmi Project is in Mahalaxmi by RADIUS and DB group. It’s a Residential complex with a structure Basement, Ground, podiums, Amenity, service floor and 50 plus Residential floors.

• Company Overview: Omkar 1973 Worli, Mumbai, is an iconic Structure designed by Norman Foster. It consists of 3 super luxury apartment towers of 267 mts each, with total Construction Area of 55 lac Sq ft. Rehab structure comprises of 7 buildings with G + 23 Structure with total construction area of 11 Lac Sq ft. The major Services involve 51 High Speed Elevators, HVAC, Unitized Façade of 2.5 lac Sq mts, Fire Fighting Systems, IBMS, Security etc.
• Leading a team of 75 engineers & supervisors, the current role invites heading completion of Omkar 1973 & Rehab projects.
• Key responsibilities include the below aspect –
• Construction Management: Heading site for Civil, Post Tensioning, Façade, MEP & Finishing works.
• Project Management: Statutory Approvals, Site Logistics, Site Planning, Inputs for Contract & Procurement Management, Implementation of Site Procedures and Quality Management Systems, Project Handing over.
• Cost Management: Budget Preparation, Monitoring & vendor remunerations.
• Client Relation: Client Management for After sales support.

• Company Overview: Commercial Complex, BKC with a construction area of 20 lac Sq ft, the project involved execution of glazed façade of 4.5 lac Sq ft., ITC of 32 no elevators, and state of art finishing. Major services incorporated are HVAC, Fire detection systems, STP/WTP/Softening plant, Integrated Building management systems (IBMS).
• Leading a team of 21 engineers & Supervisors, Key responsibilities include the below aspect –
• Construction Management: Heading site execution for Civil, Post Tensioning, Façade, MEP & Finishing.
• Project Management: Statutory Approvals, Site Logistics, Site Planning, Inputs for Contract & Procurement Management, Implementation of Site Procedures and Quality Management Systems, Project Handing over.
• Cost Management: Budget Preparation, Monitoring & vendor remunerations.
• Commercial Complex, BKC with a construction area of 20 lac Sq ft, the project involved execution of glazed façade of 4.5 lac Sq ft., ITC of 32 no elevators, and state of art finishing. Major services incorporated are HVAC, Fire detection systems, STP/WTP/Softening plant, Integrated Building management systems (IBMS).

• Company Overview: Jaypee sports club at Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh. The Club has the finest sports facilities of international standards sprawling over 15 acres with various sporting disciplines and multi courts for each game.
• Leading a Team of 20 engineers & Supervisors, the role included -
• Timely delivery of Project Milestones – in line with the management demand.
• Approving, implementation and monitoring of suppliers’ contract/ quality plan.
• Coordination with various teams like design, statutory compliance with Management.
• Overall, in charge of all structural and finishing works from conception phase till completion ensuring high degree of quality and safety.
• Implementation of management procedures and systems within the organization.
• Negotiation with suppliers and contractors for finalization of rates.
• Conducting internal training program for technical staff to ensure high degree of quality and safety standards at site.
• Ensure compliance of all statutory law at site.
• Advise/recommend changes to the project scope and objectives in order to meet developing needs.
• Arrange all project resources for the performance of sitework.

• Notable Achievements: Played a key role in the execution of Commercial buildings during my tenure in NBCC right from start to handing over - including finishing for different clients like Oil and Natural Gas Commission, Airport authority of India, Department of Education, Mauritius, and Nevyeli Lignite Corporation etc.
• Timely execution of all the projects as referred above within the approved & Prime Cost.
• Effective liasioning with local bodies / personnel for the smooth execution of the project.
