  • Leading a team of 75 engineers & supervisors, the current role invites heading completion of Omkar 1973 & Rehab projects.

  • Construction Management: Heading site for Civil, Post Tensioning, Façade, MEP & Finishing works.
  • Project Management: Statutory Approvals, Site Logistics, Site Planning, Inputs for Contract & Procurement Management, Implementation of Site Procedures and Quality Management Systems, Project Handing over.
  • Cost Management: Budget Preparation, Monitoring & vendor remunerations.
