  • OPSMI, easyJet, UK, Worked as database tester for Business Intelligence projects at easyJet to help perform detailed data analysis and implement distribution, analytics, decision support systems, etc. The primary focus of DW/BI testing is to ensure competent and perfect database structures, ETL processes, front-end access and BI reports generation processes.
  • VEGA, Virgin Atlantic Airways, UK, Worked in VEGA project an integrated system, used by the UK and US call center people and ticketing agents. Purpose of this system is to provide the relevant information to the customers, make & ticket bookings and generating reports etc.
  • ISCD, Airbus, France, The project was Inter System Communication Data - Functional support. The purpose of the project is to provide functional support to the System designers of AIRBUS located in different countries i.e., France, UK, Germany, Spain. ISCD provides the Process, Tools and Method to define and manage communication data exchanged by systems.
  • CSFL, Thomas Nationwide Transport (TNT), UK, Worked on CSFL (Customer Service Front Line) application, a Web Based Application to book and make sure that documents, parcels and freight are delivered safely and on-line information about the status of the consignments can be checked. The objective of this project is to provide a common IT system for all front line customer services staff in the TNT Express division.
  • Multiple Projects, Virgin Media, UK, The virginmedia.com web portal is a critical tool for Virgin Media to enable customers to access content, and take advantage of Virgin Media’s products and services. Virgin Media, as a provider of broadband and other public internet services, has legal obligations to provide data to certain state agencies about customer connections provided through their network.
  • OPTIX & MIDAS, National Health Services (NHS), UK, The OPTIX & MIDAS 10g were up gradation of existing OPTIX & MIDAS system of National Health Services (NHS) National Services Scotland (NSS). OPTIX & MIDAS has been running for a number of years and effectively supports PSD’s (Practitioners Service Division) payment process for opticians.
  • Exceed, Norwich Union, UK, Norwich Union uses Exceed, one of the most used products in the property and casual insurance side, which provide all the functionality for insurance handling. System is divided into subsystems like UWS (Underwriting Workstations), CWS (Claims Workstations), and BCWS (Billing and Collection Workstations).
